In this project, we were expected to showcase freehand illustrative skills such as rendering, lettering and self-expression through the composition of a movie poster.

PROGRESS

Upon receiving the project brief, I set out on creating a definitive theme for my poster, which is cyberpunk. Based on this, I created two drafts sketched with pencil to explore my design ideas. After discussions in tutorials with my tutor, I managed to refine it into a final revision.

Subsequently, I selected felt markers as my colouring medium. I tried to incorporate diverse colours within my poster to really make it stand out. All in all, I am quite pleased with the result as it captured my vision for the poster design.
