REFLECTION AND PERSPECTIVE

Looking back on the lectures, assessments and projects given during this difficult semester, I am very grateful that the many barriers that have arisen due to the situation at hand had been minimized as best as possible, thanks to the continued cooperation between the lecturers, tutors and students. Although not quite as effective as regular face-to-face sessions in the studio, I understand that the current situation mandates that online learning has become the new norm. As such, I appreciate the great lengths undergone by the lecturers and tutors.

On that note, I recognize the efforts by my tutors and module coordinators to provide online learning no matter the trouble, even preparing lecture slides and setting up submission boxes punctually and in great detail. They have been very diligent in ensuring a seamless learning experience throughout the semester.

MOVIE POSTER

In this project, we were expected to showcase freehand illustrative skills such as rendering, lettering and self-expression through the composition of a movie poster.

FARNSWORTH HOUSE

This project follows four parts; Modelmaking, Orthographic Drawings, Axonometric and Perspectives. Through the project, we were able to have an in-depth understanding of the architectural detail and spatial values of Ludwig Mies van de Rohe's Farnsworth House.

FINISHING AND PRESENTATION

With this assignment, we had to refer to our previous project on Farnsworth House and create a cohesive and eye-catching package to visually communicate the architectural design effectively in a presentation board.
